    quickest yet. think that was due to being lucky with the traffic lights and the level crossing rather than anything fitness related!

    started out harder and tried to hang on instead of starting easier and building. More distance achieved but hurt a lot more.

    So slow, walking speed really. Just wanted to get a couple of miles in without aggravating achilles. Bit sore this morning.
