      well ... it's not better. I have been kind of sick the past few days. I think I have a bunch of adhesions in my foot that need to be broken up... and not by running. like a deep tissue or graston massage

      haha I did hear you :) .. It's not running it's active recovery. that was the main purpose of my running streak. I ran the day after my last marathon and was amazed at how quickly I bounced back.
