a Quote in my email today It's timing is quite appropriate. I was mountain biking today with EXTREMELY sore legs and kept getting ready to jump out of my cleat to stop on the hill and kept talking myself into getting to the top / just shut up legs. At the top of this hill (one of many) I told Toni I was going to turn around, but of course she would not let me. I am grateful she wouldn't let me and that I kept going, it was a fantastic ride of conquering some hills I couldn't conquer last week.
