Yippeee, my favorite running clinic started today for fall. Today was the 2 mile time trial and I am A-ok with my overall time, hopefully I can improve on it though. it was a 2 loop course, the coming back portion was really windy so I had to slow down a fair amount. My paces were pretty consistantly the same going out and and the same lower pace coming back... wish the wind had not been there because I might have been able to shave some time off. Glad to have the group back though.
