  2. RUN
good Lake Grapevine 8mile path 8 mi 01:26 10:45 pace

8 miles down. Ran the whole way. Lots of hills and cold 39 degrees and a cold but I am glad to get Spartan distance out of the way, even if it was slow and steady

  6. RUN
    great 6.23 mi 01:02 10:01 pace

6.2 miles is my furthest run surgery and furthest run ever. I ended up 2 miles from home so I walked .8 and then ran the last mile. so 7.2 for the night is great.

  7. RUN
great To the QT and back 4.1 mi 00:39 09:34 pace

The 4.1 miles was not as fast as I wanted but it is the farthest I have run. Week 16 from surgery - take that! It is 2.05 out and back and I figured out that about 1.5 of the way back is uphill.....
