    good Treadmill at office and abs day 2.38 mi 00:35 14:42 pace

    Got my new kswiss shoes and had a great workout! Need to work on my running and endurance but overall workout went pretty good. Need to push myself a bit harder and learn to not give in so easily.

    First workout in a while and at the new gym! Not the greatest workout but its a beginning! Looking forward to getting more acquinted to Lifetime Fitness and getting healthy! Trying to get this going!
