    good Ring road - LSD 15 km 01:47 11:28 pace

    Run with the gang on the Ring road after a long time. Enjoyed the run although second half was a bit tough for me. Still, the pleasure of running with friends made it all worth it.!

      Hope in the tempo run u r maintaining the same pace (little higher than the LSD pace) from start to end irrespective of the distance. Otherwise it wouldn't be tempo.

    a planned 10x400 mtrs turned into 8x400 mtrs as i had to stop to in between to chat up with a non running friend..avg split 2:02 per 400 mtrs.

    Sarvanan and I started and did a 6 K loop and came back to pick up Sridhar. Pleasant weather. enjoyed the run.
