    Superb hills, nicely organised by CTC. My first off-road run. The steep uphills humbled me and downhills tested my joints. Off-target by 8 minutes but will gladly take it!

    Easy first 5 K with Saravanan and Krishna. Remaining 7 K at a good pace with Krishna. No Garmin...enjoyed the bare run!
