      Nice. I have never listened to Rob Zombie, and you seem to really like it - I need to give it a try. I'll take the excellent weather, too.

      You need to take a listen. He was originating member of White Zombie and is just a little younger than me (he was born in 1965). Quite a rocker and puts on a heck of a show. My son turned me on to him. Check out his live version of "We're and American Band".

    Solo ride after closing the store. Tried a new route - lots of cows, chicken bouses, and hay fields. Listened to Melissa Ethridge, Alanis Morsette, Natalie Maines, and Pink. What a joy! AHR =131.

    Ride after work. Solo ride with Beautiful weather. Listened to Stevie Ray Vaughn all the way. AHR = 133. What a blast!!!!

    Realfeel temp of 91 degrees. Ran 3/2 intervals for 3.2 miles then walked back home. AHR = 140, Calories = 1064. Tunes = Supertramp.

    Quick ride after work while thebride napped. AHR = 137, Calories = 1246. Relaxing with a New Belgium Ranger IPA. Not one of my favorites but its growing on me.
