Beautiful Funtastic Carefree miles on the trails tonight. I am blessed to be able to run like this just giving back to running ,what it has given to me . Running club with the kids today we ran 3 miles & 2 cool down laps. These miles with the kids are never recorded on here but like to mention them because my 2 days a week of running club are the best miles all week. They Inspire & Motivate me daily in my life, training & running=) Hope everyone had good running, cycling miles & swims today.
