Running club was a blast today the kids did 10 mins of stretching & then off doing 5 laps around the school & 1 cool down lap. They are so awesome & focused it is my favorite 1 hr. 20 mins. twice a week. I have been finally given clearance to train 100% so it was off for a recovery run on my favorite winding trails & hilly park. Legs feeling Amazing & 100 % so I Felt like going fast .I did for a bit and then had to remind myself it is a recovery run. Still fast but felt so right especially after Saturday's trail race and feeling drained yesterday of energy. Today was suppose to be rest day, lots of time for those. Back to weight training legs, glutes & chest now & then a 10 miler on for supper time:) Happy Monday Everyone & Fantastic to you all:)
