    anyone know anything about running on "rockefeller road" where it says road closed?

      From which side? From the Samaritan side, it is awesome access to the unfinished section of the railtrail, just before the bridge bear right down the trail.
      If you cross over the old bridge you be on the other end of Rockefeller Road that will bring you down to the "yellow brick" bridge that crosses the Normanskill or you could follow that Rockefeller Rd back up to Delaware Ave

    Went easy on hills to rest those shin splints and save up for the 15k and marathon. Big couple weeks! Only a few regrets!

    Felt pretty good...minus the raging shin splints. Don't know if I wanted to cry because it hurt or cry because I was thinking of how much this is going to hurt in the marathon.
