good Massanutten Resort Ridge Trail 4 mi 01:18 19:30 pace

Was planning to run 10-12 miles on this trail but it turned into a 4 mile hike with some running thrown in. The trail was 90% rocks with a lot of scrambling/climbing. Had a blast but took two nasty falls and have the cuts and scrapes to prove it. Good times!
