    A little more physically and mentally taxing as these runs build. Think I need some better routes. Perfect weather though, only 59 at the start!

    Had a lot going on this weekend, and since this was a recovery week decided to cut down the long run to alleviate the stress of trying to fit it in. Not too hot, and pretty breezy.
