    Amazingly, 13 Wooly Syrup Chuggers braved the wind, rain and slush to do hill repeats on Tuck Drive Tuesday night. Go UVRC!

    First long run in a few months. Good to have the CMS treadmill on hand = smooth surface, warm inside and could control my pace.

    This was Mookie's best run to date. Solid 10K on packed snow with no complaints or distractions. Off the lease all the way = running buddy.

    Warm up laps around the pond then 2 mile time trial in 15:30. Legs a little tired from 4 days running in a row but in general feeling good and healthy. One month no Ibuprofen, YAY!
