    Feet were slipping side to side in my shoes. Adjusted them @ 2.6 miles. Could feel the difference for the last half mile.

    New shoes are great. Better run that my last two. Weather was hot and windy and my mouth dried quickly. Unfortunately I got a blister earlier in the day which didn't help.
