I was on the fence about going to the gym today. But, then I thought, this is only week one...stick to your plan! That way, tomorrow is a true rest day. So I went.
Squat to Military Press (bar) 4x10 60#
DB Weighted side bends 4x10 50#
DB Crush grip bench press 4x10 40#
Bicycle kicks 4x24
Incline bench curls 4x10 25#
One-arm overhead tri ext 4x10 25#
Medicine ball pushup to tuck crunch 4x10
Even spent a few tender moments with the foam roller. I think I earned tomorrow's rest day.
