      thanks Marcie, i need to find a race to run that i can afford. i guess i got spoiled back in the day and i just choke at todays race entry fees! i need to get over it and realize we are NOT in the 80's anymore. (although, my brain keeps telling me i should be able to run 70's all day long, like back in the 80's) oh well. YOU keep it up as well with those stud muffin workouts you keep posting!
