    Indoor long run due to tons of rain and tstorms. Increased the pace every 2 miles and then did the last one at 7:08, goal marathon pace!

    New Years resolution-- log my runs again on here! Boston training week 2: 2 mile warm up, 2 x 2 miles @ 6:45ish pace with 3 min jog in between, then cool down. Total- 8 miles.
