Back to Daily Mile for motivation!!!! Getting ready for fall marathon season...no time like the NOW! Fairly cool still but feeling the mugginess and the inevitable post run drip.

  2. RUN
blah Jamaica Pond 4.2 mi 00:37 08:54 pace

First run outside in a while...been laming out and running on the treadmill and paid the price today. Note to self - more runs outside! Need to build my base prior to the next round of training.

  3. RUN
    good Treadmill 6 mi 00:53 08:50 pace

blah Bay State Marathon 26.2 mi 04:16 09:46 pace

Congratulations Jim - you powered through the wall and finished the marathon. I have no doubt that you will get that hereto fore elusive sub-4:00 as this race and the training for it provided you a big base and new learning experiences to continue your journey. Great race - big achievement.
