    AWESOME RUN, I kicked those hills ass. My pace was great and I never walked except through mud. Considering such a bad week I had running, the long run was the best.

    I hit the wall within the first 5 steps, It sucked royal. Thank God for Charlie and Aaron for being nice enough for stopping three times for me.

    It was a hard one, and in poor time, almost 15 minutes slower than I expected, but realizing I ran an extra 1/4 of a mile does not make me feel like I did too bad. I feel ready for Brew to Brew.
