  1. RUN
good Finally outside 8 mi 01:36 12:00 pace

Great run before it got too hot. I can't believe I got up early to run on a Saturday morning. That would have been unthinkable for me a year ago, lol.

  2. HAHA. I just re-read my post from last night, and I HAD to correct myself. I meant one mile in 10 minutes kicked my butt. Not 10 mph. If that were the case, I'd not be here typing this. Now, t... read more

  4. RUN
    alright treadmill 2.25 mi 00:26 11:34 pace

Ran one mile at 10 mph, walked a bit, then ran the rest at my normal pace. I seriously can't figure out how 10 mph is slow for so many people. It kicks my butt!

Ah...that makes more sense. I thought maybe you were Wonder Woman or something. :) Still...a great run! 10 min/mile is still pretty fast to me too...when I get below that pace, then I usually end up walking some because I get wiped out.

good Electric Run 3.1 mi 00:32 10:19 pace

Time is a total guess. Fun, crazy run. I felt really good and could have run faster but since it wasn't a race, it got bottle necked up a lot, slowing the pace. I had a good time though, and m... read more

Oh my gosh, that is scary stuff, Monica. Last summer I used Nuun in my water and had no issues with dehydration, even in some pretty bad heat. You may consider giving it a try.
