I did The Bert Billy Goat Walk. Start the treaddy at 4 mph, set the elevation at between 10* and 15* and hike for an hour or until your freekin' buns fall off. Horrible, horrible workout. The treadmill has NO conscious...it just is so relentless. I thought of my pug buddies to deaden the pain.
