    getting back to the running groove; was gonna do a simple 5 miles but ended up a lil longer. The way back UP the mtn was def a challenge.

      wow, nice ride! I've only ever made it 2/5 hours on the bike inside! And look at the mileage you're doing, lady! Is there a IM in your near future :)?

    heavy lifting day in boot camp with a few cardio drills. focused on glutes, shoulders and chest. finished up with a healthy dose of core and a timed weighted sit up challenge!! Gotta keep it fun

    Track MAF-8 miles at 145hr
    2 miles warm up, started with a walk to jog to a 140 HR for the last lap
    8 miles at MAF then a .4 mile cooldown
    all in the freezing rain.
