      hey- whatever works for you. Running at night is nice- no sun to heat you up. On the downside- it takes me a long time to get to sleep afterwards

      Of course Born To Run is great. Doesn't matter if you want to run barefoot, etc. I found it very interesting to read and it touches so many topics. For magazines there are Runner's World which is written for casual runners. Running Times is more geared towards racers. You can sometimes find subscriptions for about $3 a year.

    Was given the ok by my PT to start bumping up the mileage in was warmer out, but I was exhausted! Glad to be able to run without pain though!
