    Probably did too much too soon. The knee was only contrary in parts, but today (day after) the knee is sore.

    Elliptical work. Felt great. Ran two laps afterwards. Hoping to get the knees back to normal soon so that I can start running again. I need the stress relief!

    Swim was great. My mp3 battery died 30 minutes in, so I had to swim the remaining 30 minutes without music. It was fine but I do so love my music.

    Swim was great until the final eight minutes. Remember the dancing hippo scene from Disney's Fantasia? I swear that's what was in the pool next to me!!

    Eliptical work. There are times when the left knee (now) starts acting up and other times when nothing is out of the ordinary.

    The new headphones the waterproof mp3 player company sent were awesome!!! The hour was nice and this time I was prepared and had brought water to drink at the half-way mark.
