Awesome run Ilona, sounds like the chance to see the owls made up for the cramps! That would be quite something to see!

Double loop! The only thing better on a hot day is a double scoop (of ice cream that is!)....OK, that's probably a bad thing to write on a running page, but it is one of my weaknesses. I run so I can eat! Ha ha! Good run Crusher!

51: I'm using a book to help me learn more about each, I'm making the notes to myself to kind of reaffirm the learnin'. I'm not a yogi, I just play one on TV. hehe :) Thanks Ines and Amanda. My rash and all the pain that went along with those 10 days really finally reignited my training mode passion. After a long-needed year of focusing on the calmer ways of health (meditation, breathwork, long walks), I'm jazzed to bring back some of the energetic stuff.

KFP: I am soooo getting myself ready to run w/you again! Thanks, Don and Brandon. This was a really perfect little night run in a safe place (on a college campus where the police loop around and make sure you're ok). I love, love summer night runs like this one!
