    Nice and easy 4 miles partly off road, pretty windy today. Pushed hard on a half mile uphill stretch. Strength is returning.

    Forgot my goggles so this was all Breast stroke.. Older ladies had a third of the pool doing aqua aerobics causing a mini tsunami.

    Not sure of time but pace was around 7.45 per mile (that's all I've got at the moment!) wet & windy = fun

    Off road running in the rain, can't beat it :) not to much pain on my knee at all! Although I did spray it with a freeze spray before I started.. Is that cheating?

    Decided to alternate my runs days now with time on the bike, maybe I'll get to enjoy the bike... You never know!

    Sort of back following almost 6 wks of no running! Knee isn't 100% but I'm climbing the walls! Half mile walk / 4 miles easy. Not entirely pain free but pretty okay.

      Gp's only deal with the sick over here really! If you want a proper diagnosis you've gotta go private and at present I can't afford that!

      How frustrating. Here we have a most peculiar beast called ACC (Accident Compensation Corporation). We can't sue for accidents, but ACC tend to take care of most accidents (including sports injuries). I recall when I hurt my back in the UK it was months before I was sent to a physio. Here I'd see one the same (or next) day.
