    First proper run back since my ultra, 6 easy miles. Left hamstring talking to me, even stretched at the finish!

      Follow up to your Ultra . . . you ran as many miles on 21 September as I did in the Month of May. That is amazing. Take your time on this rest and recovery. Low resistance cycling is a great idea.
