    3 off road miles with my young lad. He gets so many compliments from strangers, he's only 7 but runs so strong! At this rate I'll be in his dust when he hits teen years!

    Track & trail run, easy pace. Hard to think I'm gonna attempt over 3 times this distance in around a months time! Gulp!

      That was a hard effort for almost 5 hours. I think a couple days recovery (easy runs) before the next hard effort would be prudent.

  15. I've got to get on my motorbike in 30 mins and travel 25 miles up the motorway in heavy rain! If I don't post again I'm probably dead! Been nice knowing you ;)
