    First 0.5 warm up then threshold run for 3 miles, felt pretty strong especially on the hills.

    LSR TICK :) 2 lap route zone 2, until my last mile where 4 youths tried to race me. Dropped the pace,, KA BOOM They stayed with me for 200yrds yeah try harder next time :))

    Nice run in to the gym for a swim.. Pushed the pace at times. Feeling pretty good!!

    Lovely run, think I over dressed a tad! Got very warm half way. Ran first 5 with my ultra pace specialist (the wife) and then sped up reaching max av of 7.04
