    Garmin free miles by the beach after a crazy day at work. Never felt like I was pushing the pace; just ran. Such a gorgeous night- 70 degrees and a beautiful sunset.

      My daughter insisted that I take her out for a run this morning. So I did about a quarter of a mile with her...she didn't run the whole thing, she'll be four in June :) When did yours start running with you?? 2.25 is amazing for a little one!

      Leah last year at 4 she did her first 1/4 mile race. Then when she turned 5 she decided she was going to run. She just ran a 1/2 mile race last weekend. I started taking her out on trails and she loves it! We take as many breaks as she needs and sometimes we even skip up hill :)
