      Good distance & pace! Believe it or not, with the same effort you can actually run faster outdoor. Pace on treadmill can be deceiving.

      well, it's a new technique for me anyway cause i ran 'unnaturally' before. i'll run outside on the weekends, gym is the only viable option for me after work

      it's not really a technique since it's the natural way for humans to run. next time try to run that way outside where the surface is harder and uneven. the treadmill is more forgiving because the belt absorbs most of the shock.

      wooo...laju giler! betul ker 3km/min? that's like 20 secs/km. even the elite marathoners run around 2-3min/km hehe. btw, ko gi hiking kat mana la nanti?
