great Wrapping up the Week 00:45

Did my core routine (http://predawnrunner.com/core), 2 x 90 second circuits, then some balance drills and yoga, now beering down with a Lagunitas IPA. Amazed how well Californians can do IPA's. Still thrilled with how consistently better the Achilles felt all day - still not perfect enough to run yet, but definitely on the way there.

    I did your core routine today too! only made it through 2 60-second circuits because I'm hugely out of core-shape, but I'll get there!! :) glad the Achilles is improving and you enjoyed the Lagunitas!
