      I can sympathize a little. One year my knee, then ankle, next was the foot and now lower back/hip, but still trying to run and lovin it ... with a little learned appreciation!

      Funny! But hazardous. I'm thinkin after 48hrs an unshoveled walk would cost them $50 in Hampton.

      There's supposed to be a fine in Ames too for unshoveled walks. Only 1, I think, hadn't been shoveled all winter. But about half were packed snow/ice.

      I was thinking about the one in Des Monies. The dam to dam? If not that, then the one in Davenport. It will be my first. I have a couple of running goals I would like to actually get done this year.

      I normally would be training for D2D, but I'll be in Jordan this year. So looking at the race calendar, I decided to enter in the lottery for Grandma's Half (Garry Bjorkland Half) in June. Possibly do some 10Ks along the way.
