    Yoga after my run- LOVED it- Outside in the soft New England air. Finished with a handstand against the wall- Now off to the Hudson Creamery for some real home made New England Ice cream.

    Nice easy run on the Rail Trail next to the stream with lovely sounds, birds, ducks, geese, and green. Beaver lodge too. Very relaxing.

      Sounds like a really enjoyable run! I love listening to the birds and taking in the environment. Except for that time that a fox scared the crap out of me when it screamed, because I scared the crap out of it as well ;-)
