    7 miles in the afternoon to make up for the missed run this morning. HR data was pretty wonky, kept spiking up past 170 despite me feeling fine.

    Favorite part of running in the cold is that cardiac drift isn't a huge concern. Put another way, this means you hate yourself less for pacing mistakes made at the start of your run.
