  1. in case anyone is still paying attention, I made the move to Strava (sorry DailyMile, thanks for the memories.)

  2. RUN
    great Akers + Riggin 6.91 mi 00:53 07:38 pace

7 miles in the afternoon to make up for the missed run this morning. HR data was pretty wonky, kept spiking up past 170 despite me feeling fine.

  3. RUN
great Shirk Interrupted 1.62 mi 00:12:15 07:32 pace

This was going to be an 8 mile run but I got a phone call from the school saying June was coughing and had to be sent home.

  4. RUN
great Riggin Loop 4.43 mi 00:32 07:14 pace

Wound up taking June in the car today so no commute run. I didn't want to end up with bagel for the day so went for a short run at a tempo effort (under 160bpm). Please excuse my tempo speed f... read more

  5. RUN
great Goshen Loop 3.84 mi 00:30 07:52 pace

Monday morning wake up run. Cold and snot filled. Awesome!

  10. RUN
great Demaree Loop 3.18 mi 00:26 08:06 pace

5k to finish up the day at just under 9 miles. Little rainy at times but a pretty good day of running.

  11. RUN
great Millcreek Loop 5.77 mi 00:49 08:27 pace

Favorite part of running in the cold is that cardiac drift isn't a huge concern. Put another way, this means you hate yourself less for pacing mistakes made at the start of your run.

  12. RUN
good Linwood Loop 4.26 mi 00:36 08:22 pace

4 and quarter in the cold wind. Wasn't really feelin it this morn. Meh, 4 is better than nada.

  13. RUN
    good Goshen/Demaree Loop 3.86 mi 00:30 07:42 pace

Little under 4 miles for the afternoon. Total of 6 for the day, not bad but not great. Hopefully I'm less tired tomorrow.

  14. RUN
alright Morning June Commute 2.21 mi 00:20 08:55 pace

Just the OAB. Bad night of sleep, super tired.

  15. RUN
    great Demaree Loop (reverse)+ 3.79 mi 00:30 08:00 pace

Little extra on the way to get June from school. Wound up with little over 7 for the day.

    Morning Loop, short but uneventful.

  17. RUN
great Akers Loop 6.11 mi 00:53 08:41 pace

Slow and cold morning run. Stiff legs but good times.
