    Quick run on the TM. Felt like I was flying and I could run 100 miles today!! Always have crazy energy in the days after a race and the fatigue kicks in on week 2.

      Great job for getting out anyway! I used to race sick all the time when my kids were small, it sucks before and after but not so much during the race, I'm sure you have more experience than me though in these matters! Take care!

    Just a few miles. Still hard to breathe, but better indoors with warm air and less pollution. Running always > not running, even when sick :)
