    Great run. Average pace was under 10 min/mile. I'm really starting to see my pace improve. Still hoping for a sub 5:30 50K by the end of the year. Now it seems a little closer to reality.

      Nothing official at the moment, but I'm eyeing a ten miler in October and a 5K PR in November. :)
