      My buddy Jamie suffers through cramps, too. He is diligent about salt intake (literally salt pills, not gels/supplements, etc.) during the ride. That along with adequate drinking. I tend to be a purist with just ShotBloks and water, but for longer rides I use "The Right Stuff" in my water bottles. Never have a problem.

      Pickle juice. Fast relief. I have had what you talk about. Usuall a couple of hours after a long ride or very intense ride.

      Thanks guys. I'm trying to stay hydrated and pickle juice has helped in the past for normal leg cramps, but nothing seems to touch these inner thigh cramps. I've been doing a lot of searching on this problem. Looks like many people suffer from it, with no real good solutions. I'm going to try some of "The Right Stuff" and maybe try to drink some pickle juice after longer rides before the cramps strike. Thanks again!
