    Super fun Thai kickboxing drills in class, then I got to spar with sifu (twice!) and spar/grapple with si hing. Would have been more awesome had I remembered my sweeps from guard -- oh well!

      Have fun! I raced the Odyssey a couple of times and always had a blast. My favorite leg was the grinder (Leg#4?) on the trail. Tons of fun! I hear it's supposed to be a little chilly, keep warm!

      OMG, you did Dog Valley? I salute you! I'm not too worried about the weather, as long as you have proper clothes, it's usually easier to run in cool weather than super hot. :)

    Up Hwy 89 to Squaw's Olympic flame. Got a drive-by cheer and sweaty hugs from bf's parents. I was so proud of this one -- it was a 100% gradual uphill, but it felt soooo good.
