      I used to enjoy hockey but the last few times I watched it, all I saw was people wrestling on the ice. Boring. Maybe it has improved again since then.

    Intervals 6x 5:00/1:00 in Z4. We waited till 11 am and were awarded with warmer temps on nice sunny day. Intervals 1 and 2 were on sore legs, other 4 were just fine.
