    I was up to 16 mph in certain directions but got head wind in the others which really slowed me down. Oh well ... I got the time and miles in and am extremely happy. Plus I feel great!

    I was able to get outside again today and went 4 miles further and event picked up the speed slightly. Felt great! Glad to see I haven't lost all my endurance. Happy Day!! :)
