Did a couple of shorter runs because of the time of day, etc., yesterday.

Morning run of 4 miles was very humid with no breeze. First really sticky run day of the year (78 degrees, 70% humidity) and legs are still a little bit clunky. 8:40 / 8:30 / 8:00 to really get the breathing going / 8:50 for 34 minutes (33:58, but yeah, whatever).

Then, evening run on the downtown hills with the group. Still warm, but a nice breeze that knocked everything down, as far as temps went. That was just a consistency run. Wanted to get the hills part vs. the speed part. Ran with Frank the last 3 miles, so that was nice. 4.1 miles in 36:09.

And then to the gym after that. I was wiped by the end of that.
