great Moving up a gear( Wet and Windy) 8.15 mi 01:00 07:20 pace

Conditions for me today were my perfect weather conditions wet and windy, so was so happy with this run. After 2 days rest running from my legs felt nice and fresh and even after 5 miles in I had that bounce affect. Very quick first mile thought by end of this run I would have a blow up but kept going strong. Funny thing is just got my number through the post for NSPCC half marathon in 2 weeks and my number matches the distance I just ran today . HOW SPOOKY IS THAT LOL distance 8.15 miles number 815 and the post came after I got back.

Splits 6.37/7.25/7.34/7.31/7.31/7.16/7.27/7.23/1.06 for the 0.15

Now need to try and hold on to it for 13 miles.

Nice quick 8, Dean. You're going to do great in 2 weeks. The bib number is funny. I had a bib number that was the same as the last 4 digits of my work phone number.
