      They had tailwind at the TJ100K. I am sold on it. It never ganged up on me and I barely took in any other calories. Nice run today.

      @Peter, wow AJW went all out didn't he? That's much better than the usual Gatorade. @Mark, I'd like the do the point to point sometime. I usually just end up doing an out and back to the cliffs starting from either 311 or 220. Both are great runs.
