    Ain't about the miles. Last physical therapy session and first run of any kind in more than a month since I blew up my MCL. Felt so good to run again.

      I got too heavy on my right leg when I took a shot to the lower leg in some sparring. Then ibuprofen and hardheadedness finished the job on the track doing speed work. But the good news is all pics of the knee otherwise look good for an old guy.
