      Are you doing stretches for the heel? Stretch your calf as much as you can, whenever you think about it. Put a water bottle in the freezer and roll it under your foot. Or do that with a tennis ball. Or (preferably) both. Give your calf a massage. Also, since your PF flared up again, maybe not quite so aggressive on your runs yet.

      Great stuff Curtis. I actually straddle both DM and Strava and get value out of both, but it does take a little more time. Auto uploading from Garmin to Strava helps though. Good luck building up to your next goal!

      I've only used this site, though I do have a Strava account. I've definitely made some friends on this site. Best of luck getting back to consistent running. Those overuse injuries are super common once you're starting out.

      Thanks Nathan. This year has been way more running that I'm used to. I do think it has to do with my shoes. Pretty sure they are about 1/2 - 1 size too small. Still don't think I've found the right ones for me.
