Yup... There's your problem! The heart rate monitor isn't really on. Whoopsie! Aaaaaaaat least the time was still captured? This was a light stair workout. 52 floors 20:22 min 40 steps per minute. I just read somewhere that 20 flights of stairs is roughly a mile. That doesn't seem like enough flights, does it?
