    Ran at a decent pace despite the cold and it being my first longer run outside in a while.

    After my treadmill run, I took the recumbent bike for a spin. I can tell that my lack of training on that apparatus is having an impact, but it is getting better.

    A solid run that went really well. The above distance and time included 0.25 mile walk (4 min/mile pace) and 0.25 easy run (6 min/mile pace). Good to get busy with running again.

    Insanity Day 15 - Fit test (postponed to today due to me running a half marathon yesterday) and Day 16: Plyometric Cardio Circuit. Went very well, particularly the fit test.

    PR! Went very well and actually had plenty of energy left at the end, so I could have pushed myself even harder than I did. Very happy with the result.

    I felt heavy and sludgy, I guess a little too much alcohol at Christmas celebrations and luncheons, helped my feet feeling a lot heavier than usual.

      Love those no time constriction runs. Nice pace for 11. If you feel you have a lot left in your legs maybe next time around mile 8 make the last three faster. You'll be surprised how much you can shave off of your pace

      Very nicely done Carsten! Agree with advice from Christian ... Hal Higdon has those in his training plans too. Calls them 3/1 plans.
