I have been resting since January 1st Polar Dash, trying to get rid of this planter fascitis but it is stubborn. I joined the gym hoping the treadmill will be a bit easier for running than the frozen pavement. It was so nice to run after being off five miles was pretty easy but I am sure I will feel it tomorrow too. If anyone has some advice on how to deal with this please let me know. I can't stop running. Tanning goes with my membership so enjoyed a few minutes in the sun to make the blues go away.

    Nice run on the tm. PF is annoying injury. I went for PT for mine. It did go away. Although I think it came back in a different form as tendonitis. Going to a chiro next.
