      Nice run on the tm. PF is annoying injury. I went for PT for mine. It did go away. Although I think it came back in a different form as tendonitis. Going to a chiro next.

      Compression socks or really snug socks after runs work pretty well. I sleep with socks on and haven't had any issues in years. I wear a regular pair of gym socks at night and it keeps your foot tight and from relaxing which I was told is part of what causes the pain. Happy Birthday!

      I tried the same thing after reading Runners World a couple of years ago. I started a few days later than Thanksgiving in 2011 and never stopped. Today was day 723 of my #runstreak and I usually do at least 2 miles every day. I really do think it helps make you a stronger runner. Good luck!
