    Good run all over the park. Sneak Preview: We got lost; I'm not sure this was our true path, especially between Km 7 and 11. I will not be running tomorrow: legs are beat.

    Haring Nicosia Hash. In theory, a good trail, but 7 Minutes and I had a miscommunication about the trail. About whether we should lay it or not. Really cold, even in an absolute sense.

    Very confusing hash run set by Insatiable Thirst and Lunch Box. NH4 has chronic problems setting trails. It was fun--the hash always is--but arrows would help.

      Take the girls to the embassy gym, turn on AFN Family, and run on the treadmill. It's not as exciting as running the hills of Yaounde, but it's a start.
