    first run since the firm imploded 2 weeks ago. so much has been on my brain. i'm very dehydrated. just couldnt get it going.

    slow and easy - still taking slow recovery runs since half marathon. knee hurt for a bit but i think it was the fall out of the hammock on sunday versus any it band pain!

    The good news is I did a master reset on my Garmin and it works again! The bad news is my knee didn't. I may have picked a route that was too hilly.
